Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at 9to5society@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. A $7.99 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and make it right. If a return is due to our error, the return shipping fee will be waived.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on sale at 30% off or more are final sale and not eligible for return.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the $7.99 return shipping fee. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
